While not affiliated with Volkswagen, Hardcore Dubs is more of an homage to the VW enthusiast scene as it evolved from the 80’s & 90’s to modern day. Over the years, these cars have brought people together and formed long lasting communities. From parking lots to garages, from car shows to racetracks, this common love of Volkswagen has facilitated an immeasurable number of lifelong friendships.
More specifically, Hardcore Dubs is a side project of a midwest guy who grew up in a family of German cars, growing up drag racing Volkswagens in the late 90’s/early 00’s. Systems engineer by day, this is a creative outlet to share his longtime love for VW.
